How can I return my ordered item(s)?

You still want to return your order? You can! Just follow the steps below:

1. Put your purchase, undamaged, unused and clean, in a dry package. If you have a bucket hat, make sure it is not folded or wrinkled.

2. Purchase a tag from a carrier.

3. Send your (mailbox) package to the address below.

4. Send us an email with your order number and T&T code.

How long will it take for my payment to be refunded?

Return shipments will first be checked by us upon receipt for damage, completeness and possible signs of use. Once we have determined that the item is still in new condition and has not been used, you will receive the purchase amount back within 7 days minus the shipping costs.

Can I still return the item I ordered?

We offer everyone an approval period of 30 days. Within this period you have the possibility to return the article to us undamaged and in the original packaging. The costs for returning the articles are for the customer.

To which account will my payment be refunded?

The amount will be refunded to the account from which the amount was debited. It is not possible to change this account number. If you have used a gift card for your purchase it will be restored in value.

Are there any fees for returns?

The cost of returning ordered items is the customer's responsibility.

How should I return my ordered item?

Pack the item in its original condition; unused, undamaged and only in its original packaging. Avoid using duct tape but use transparent tape so that the packaging remains undamaged and can be reused. If a product is not properly packaged and therefore arrives to us damaged, it may affect the refundable purchase price.
